Floating Underwater Restaurant

The beauty of sea flora and fauna was never so close and so spectacular as at the Floating Underwater Restaurant designed by Baltic Floating Structures. One of the distinctive features of this restaurant is in its exoticism and opportunity to watch the inhabitants of the sea depths, while enjoying delicious meal in a luxury atmosphere.

One of main goals of our company is production of ecologically safe structures on water. Having more than 10 years of experience in design and "turnkey" execution of floating fuel stations, we always aspire to minimizing the influence of our objects on the environment.

This floating restaurant is specially designed for the Maldives. The design of this restaurant, constructed on a base of reinforced concrete pontoon, does not interfere with a natural water flow as opposed to stationary objects on water or artificial islands. Dredging and sand spraying works are not used during construction and installation of BalticFS floating structures. All other hydro-technical works are minimized. It is pretty obvious that based on all the above mentioned, constructing of a floating object also will be more favourable financially, in comparison with classical methods of construction.

Thereby we receive a unique floating restaurant ideally fitting in a local natural landscape without any negative influence on local flora and fauna.

A kitchen, a bar counter, technical rooms, toilets, refrigerating rooms are located in the centre of the underwater part of the restaurant.  Tables for visitors are placed along the perimeter of the dining hall inside the pontoon. The above water part can be used for an outdoor / indoor terrace where additional tables, bar counter, performance stage and other can be established.
