Floating Island - Luxury Resort
BalticFS Floating Luxury Resort is a complex of 7 separate hotels designed in a shape of a blossoming water lily, symbolizing the flawless World of hope, peace and happiness.
Clients are able to reach the floating resort with water transport – it is equipped with several marinas, suitable for jet skis, boats, as well as mega-yachts. Large cruise ships are also able to moor near the floating resort. Alternatively guests can use air transport – there are several helipads integrated around the hotels.
Transport infrastructure of the resort is based on the inner water ways - clients can either take a water tram, a water cab or rent their own water transport.
This floating resort includes everything that an onshore luxury resort might have:
- Restaurants
- SPAs
- Parks
- Concert halls
- Swimming pools and beaches
- Sports fields
- Nights clubs
- Casinos etc.
By offering floating structures based on reinforced concrete pontoons, Baltic Floating Structures excludes sheet piling, sand spraying and other hydro-technical works, not interfering free water flow under the pontoons, thus eliminating any effect on the environment.
